After that, if an international applicant can afford the tuition fee, he or she may scan us his or her international passport copy with a secondary school certificate for eligibility assessment.

Assessment takes 1-2 days, and he or she is informed that an eligible international applicant sends the admission fee, and his or her documents are forwarded for processing of the official study invitation.

Processing of official study invitations takes 45 days at the migration department.
