BELARUS STUDENT VISA FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS
All foreign nationals who have with them an official study invitation from the migration department may process their Belarus student visa at the embassy of Belarus in their countries or at the point of entry, Minsk International Airport. On arrival in Belarus, all foreign nationals are required to submit an OK TO BOARD letter, which the admissions office will send along with the official study invitation.
Nigerians, Pakistanis, Indians, Kenyans, South Africans, and Egyptians are required to obtain their Belarus student visas from the embassies of Belarus in their countries once they have an official study invitation with them, approved by the migration department, but these nationals may also obtain visas on arrival.
