How the Admissions Process Works for Foreign Students

Once the required admission documents are received by the admissions office, the assessment process starts, and its duration is two days.

All foreign students are notified by email of their eligibility or ineligibility.

Ineligible international applicants are required to send more academic certificates if required for the completion of their admission process in Belarus at state universities.

Eligible international applicants send their admission fee, and once the admission fee receipt is received by scan, their documents are sent to the migration department for the issuance of an official study invitation, which is later sent to the applicant’s address for visa processing.

This official study invitation issuance process at the migration department takes two weeks maximum.

BELARUS STUDENT VISA PROCESS FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS

Belarus offers the easiest student visas for most foreign nationals, and they depart with an official study invitation and OK TO BOARD for departure from the country’s airport, and the visa is stamped at Minsk International Airport for 110 dollars.

Some foreign nationals require visas before arrival, as there are Belarusian embassies situated in their countries.

These few countries are Nigeria, India, Pakistan, Kenya, South Africa, and Egypt, but these foreign nationals may also obtain visas on arrival.
