BELARUS STUDENT VISA FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS
A Belarus study visa is issued in two conditions: on arrival and before arrival.
Normally, for all Asian and African nationals in Belarus, a study visa is issued upon arrival once they have an official study invitation and an OK-TO-BOARD for departure from the country’s airport.
On arrival, visas are stamped at Minsk International Airport in their traveling passports.
Nationals of Nigeria, India, Egypt, Kenya, South Africa, and Pakistan are issued Belarus student visas before arrival by the embassies of Belarus in these countries, but these nationals may also obtain visas on arrival.
