After receiving the admission fee receipt, their admission documents are forwarded to the migration department for the processing of an official study invitation, which is required for visa processing.

This official study invitation approved by the migration department is sent to the applicant, and they depart or apply for a visa in case the Belarusian Embassy is situated in their country.

BELARUS STUDENT VISA PROCESS

International applicants who receive their official study invitation may depart with an invitation and OK TO BOARD letter, and the visa is issued at Minsk International Airport, which is stamped in their passport for 110 dollars.

An insurance fee of 170 euros is also to be paid at Minsk International Airport.

There are a few countries where Belarusian embassies are situated, so their nationals must obtain visas before arriving from the embassy of Belarus. These countries are Nigeria, India, Pakistan, Kenya, South Africa, and Egypt, but these foreign nationals may also obtain visas on arrival.
